Post-1 : TECHNICAL OFFICER ON CONTRACT :
- Qualification and Experience for Category-1 : A First Class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with post qualification experience in Operation and maintenance of Pick & Place Machines, Reflow Oven / Wave Soldering and all other equipments. Should have supervisory capabilities for organizing PCB assembly, Periodical review of preventive maintenance activities, maintain the uptime of the machine, Spare parts of entire SMT/Wave Soldering lines etc.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-2 : A First Class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with post qualification experience in Operation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test instruments, PCB Hardware, Microcontroller Programming and PCB Design, Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge for the calculation of yield and production time calculations etc. Very good base knowledge in PCB Testing and troubleshooting, Troubleshooting & breakdown of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) maintenance, Periodical review of preventive maintenance activities, Maintain the uptime of the machine, Spare parts of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Qualification and Experience for Category-3 : A First Class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with post qualification experience in ISO 9001-2008 quality system requirements, PCB Soldering Standards (IPC), Inspect different Electrical & Electronics Components, Make technical and statistical investigation on quality problems, methods and equipment, and make recommendations, Process knowledge to understand the issues, track record of driving root cause and take corrective action accordingly, Support procurement efforts, attend educational events or meet with vendors/customers, Testing methods and Standards, Preparation of various Quality reports and Quality plan.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-4 : A First Class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with post qualification experience in Operation & Maintenance of Transformer, transmission line, UPS, Generator, H.T & L.T cables, Switch Yard, Air condition and high voltage substation, Process knowledge to understand the issues and take corrective action accordingly, Periodical review of preventive maintenance activities based on break downs, Maintain the uptime of the machine & equipment used in substation.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-5 : A First Class Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with post qualification experience in Information security solutions such as firewalls, identity and access control, cryptography solutions, emphasis on certificate authority, key pair management systems, e-mail security, and end-point protection solutions such as antimalware/firewalls / Digital Certificates, SSL, VPN, IPSec, TCP/IP, DNS and web security architecture, MySQL and other databases, Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge for the calculation of yield / Computer Networking /Programming language like C/C++/C#/Java.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-6 : A First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with post qualification experience in Evaluation of molded plastic and in-house molding process, CAD experience in 2D dimensioning and 3D solid modeling, Must be proficient using Solid Works, AutoCAD, Pro/E or similar 3D modeling software, ISO 9001-2008 quality system requirements, make technical and statistical investigation on quality problems, methods and equipment, and make recommendations, Process knowledge to understand the issues, track record of driving root cause and take corrective action accordingly, support procurement efforts, attend educational events or meet with vendors/customers.
POST No.-2 : SCIENTIFIC ASST-A ON CONTRACT :
- Qualification and Experience for Category-1 : A first class Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in DECE / DEEE / B.Sc. (Electronics) with post qualification experience in Supervisory capabilities for organizing PCB assembly, Periodical review of preventive maintenance activities, Maintain the uptime of the machine, Spare parts of entire SMT/Wave Soldering lines.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-2 : A first class Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in DECE / DEEE / B.Sc.(Electronics) with post qualification experience in Operation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test instruments, Supervising PCB assemblies, testing of assembled PCBs and Units, generation of Test reports.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-3 : A first class Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in DECE / DEEE / B.Sc.(Electronics) with post qualification experience in Inspection of different electrical and electronic components, testing of electronic equipment, calibration and maintenance of instruments used in electronic systems production. Testing of electrical and A/C equipment or testing and maintenance of HV and LV cables.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-4 : A first class Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in Dip.in Computer Science Engg. / B.Sc.(Computers) with post qualification experience in Programming of Automatic assembly machines, Networking of PCs, trouble shooting and maintenance of electronic machines.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-5 : A first class Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in Dip.in Computer Science Engg. / B.Sc.(Computers) with post qualification experience in Very good basic knowledge of Operating Systems, MS Office / Databases / General Database / Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge for the calculation of yield / Programming language like C/C++.
- Qualification and Experience for Category-6 : A first class Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education in DMECH (Diploma in Mechanical) with post qualification experience in Operation & Maintenance of Walk-in Chamber, Hot Rooms and Air condition, Process knowledge to understand the issues and take corrective action accordingly, Periodical review of preventive maintenance activities based on break downs, Maintain the uptime of the machine / Spare parts of Walk-in Chamber, Hot Rooms and Air conditioning equipment.

- Class : First Class is relaxed to Second Class with 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST.

The on-line application process will be operational from 08.11.2016 (1400 hrs.) to 21.11.2016 (1400 hrs.).
- After applying on-line, the candidate is required to take the print out of registered on-line application form with system generated application serial number. Please note down your application serial number for the post applied, for future reference without fail. The interested candidates who are going to apply Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) Recruitment their selection process will be based on Two Steps :-
- Step 1 – Written Examination
- Step 2 – Interview
- The written test will be held at DELHI, KOLKATA, MUMBAI, CHENNAI and HYDERABAD only.
- The candidates are required to apply for ONE CATEGORY and select any ONE Examination Centre only, of their choice. The Centre selected once is final and cannot be changed. However, Management reserves the right to shift the candidate from the examination Centre selected to a nearby Examination Centre for operational reasons. Details with regard to date, time and venue of written test etc., will be communicated later.
