10th / SSLC / HSC / Diploma / UG Degree, as the case may be, from any University or Institution recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu / UGC or any of the University recognized by the Government.

The candidates who have not passed 10th/ S.S.L.C/ H.S.C or equivalent (as the case may be) are not eligible even if they possess higher qualification for the above posts.
