1. An escapee prisoner from a Jailor a Prisoner attempting to escape from a Jail shall be punished with:

(A) Warning for future
(B) Punishment for the breach of Jail Rules
(C) Shall be prosecuted for this in the Court
(D) Shall be transferred to another Jail

2. In the event of escape of a prisoner from Jail or some emergency in the Jail first of all:

(A) Superintendent of Jail shall be informed
(B) District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police shall be informed
(C) Alarm parade shall be arranged first of all
(D) The search of the escaped prisoner shall be launched first of all

3. A person apprehending an escaped prisoner shall be:

(A) Rewarded by the District Magistrate
(B) Rewarded by the Superintendent of Police
(C) Rewarded by the Superintendent of Jail or at his recommendation by the Director General of Jails
(D) No reward shall be granted

4. Alarm parade drill shall necessarily be arranged in a Central Jail :

(A) Once in a three months
(B) Once in a two months
(C) Once in a month
(D) Once in a15 days

5. Advance intimation about the release of prisoners convicted in cognizable cases shall be sent to the District Superintendent of Police:

(A) Two months before the month of release
(B) One month before the month of release
(C) 15 days before the month of release
(D) On 1st and 16th of every month for the prisoners due for release in the 2nd and 1st fortnight of the month respectively
