PROFESSOR

1. A RECOGNISED MEDICAL QULIFICATION INCLUDED IN THE FIRST OR SECOND OR PART-II OF THE THIRD SCHEDULE (OTHER THAN A LICENTIATE QULIFICATION TO THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL ACT,1956, HOLDERS OF EDUCATIONAL QULIFICATION INCLUDED IN PART-II OF THE THIRD SCHEDULE SHOULD ALSO FULFIL THE CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN SUB-SECTION(3) OF SECTION 13 OF THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL ACT,1956.

2. A POST GRADUATE DEGREE IN THE CONCERENED SPECIALITY MENTIONED IN PART-A OF ANNEXURE-II OF ITS EQUIVALENT QULIFICATION.

3. AT LEASR 5 YEARS TEACHING EXPERIENCE AS ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR.

DESIRABLE QULIFICATION –(i) KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMS MANNERS AND DIALECTS OF HIMACHAL PRADESH AND SUITBILITY FOR APPOINTMENT IN PECULIAR CONDITIONS PREVAILING IN THE PRADESH.

· PUBLICATION OF RESEARCH PAPERS IN THE INDEX JOURNALS.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:-

1. A RECOGNISED MEDICAL QULIFICATION INCLUDED IN THE FIRST OR SECOND OR PART-II OF THE THIRD SCHEDULE (OTHER THAN A LICENTIATE QULIFICATION TO THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL ACT,1956, HOLDERS OF EDUCATIONAL QULIFICATION INCLUDED IN PART-II OF THE THIRD SCHEDULE SHOULD ALSO FULFIL THE CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN SUB- SECTION(3) OF SECTION 13 OF THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL ACT,1956.

3. AT LEAST 5 YEARS TEACHING EXPERIENCE AS ASSISTANT PROFESSOR FAILING WHICH 6 YEARS COMBINED EXPERIENCE AS ASSISTANT PROFESSOR AND LECURER AFTER DOING POST GRADUATION DEGREE IN CONCRENED SPECIAILTY IN ANY RECOCNISED MEDICAL COLLEGE.

DESIRABLE QULIFICATION:-

I. KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMS, MANNERS AND DIALECTS OF HIMACHAL PRADESH AND SUITABILITY FOR APPOINTMENT IN PERTICULAR CONDITIONS PREVALILING IN THE PRADESH

DESIRABLE QULIFICATION:-

I. KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMS, MANNERS AND DIALECTS OF HIMACHAL PRADESH AND SUITABILITY FOR APPOINTMENT IN PERTICULAR CONDITIONS PREVALILING IN THE PRADESH

II. PUBLICATION OF RESEARCH PAPERS IN THE INDEX JOURNALS

Note:-

1. All the post to be filled on contract basis for the one year at 1^st instant and extendable for another two year or till the age of 65 years (subject to final approval for the Govt.of HP) if the faculty is working in other institution, a NOC is required to be produced at the time of interview and it can be treated as deputation in accordance with the guideline/instruction of HP Govt. and if both parties agree, the candidate can be observed into the system.

The candidate selected on the basis of these interviews shall be paid contractual amount or pay and other allowances as the case may be in accordance with the terms an conditions issued be Govt. available on wedsite of Directorate.

2. The application in all respect can be submitted on same date up to 10:30 AM respectively in where the venue has been fixed for walk in interview.

3. The candidates will have to produce all the documents/certificates in support of educational qualifications, experience and publication in original along with one set of Photostat copies at the time of interview.
