The selection will be made on the basis of performance in written test and interview. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose online applications are received in time and who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for a written test, which will be of objective type comprising the following:

* Candidates can opt for either General Hindi or General English**Marks will further be reduced to 70For Post Code No. 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 & 07 wrong answers given in the objective test willresult in negative marks.The candidates(General and OBC) securing a minimum of 40% marks in the written test shallqualify for interview. In the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste or the ScheduledTribe categories, the minimum marks in the written test shall be 35% to qualify for interview.All those candidates who have secured minimum qualifying marks in written examination, in theorder of merit, shall be called for interview up to the ratio of 1:3. Mere eligibility / pass in the testshall NOT vest any right for being called for interview.
