After completion of assessment, the result of examination will be given in the mark-sheet. The mark-sheet of result of the candidates will be sent to the School from which candidates have sent their application forms. Result of other Board candidates will be sent by post.

In case of loss of mark-sheet, a duplicate mark-sheet may be obtained from GUJCET Cell, Gandhinagar by filling in the application form as prescribed in information booklet, on payment of Rs.100/- [during the period between declaration of result and preparation of merit list] by draft of Nationalised Bank payable at Ahmedabad in the name of “Secretary, GUJCET CELL, Gandhinagar.” After completion of admission process duplicate marksheet will not given.

The Merit List will be prepared by the Committee on the basis of 60% marks out of the total marks of theory obtained in Higher Secondary Certificate Examination of Std.XII Science Stream in subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Chemistry, Physics and
Mathematics or Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics, and 40% marks of the total marks obtained in the GUJCET examination and on the basis of the Admission Rules framed from time to time by the ‘Joint Admission Committee for Professional Courses’, Admission Building, L.D. College of Engineering Campus, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad-380015 for admission in Engineering course and ‘Centralized Admission Committee’, C/o.Dean, B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad-380016 for admission in Medical course. At the time of preparation of Merit List for admission, the main subjects of the respective groups will be taken into consideration. For rules of Merit List and rules of admission, contact both above said Committiees. Board will only conduct GUJCET Examination.
